Q. Do I have to use the dedicated serum?

A. No. You may use the device with your regular skincare products. However, for optimal elasticity and radiance-boosting benefits, we recommend using it together with the EXERAPY 24K Collagen Circular Serum.

Q. Do I need to wipe off any remaining serum after treatment?

A. No. The EXERAPY 24K Collagen Circular Serum contains ingredients that help support hydration, skin radiance, and wrinkle care. If any serum remains after treatment, gently pat it into the skin rather than wiping it away.

Q. Which cartridge should I use for different areas?

1.5 mm Cartridge

• Recommended for delicate and thinner skin areas, such as around the eyes and mouth.

3.0 mm Cartridge

• Recommended for areas requiring both volume and contour care, including deeper wrinkles on the neck and nasolabial folds.

Q. How often should I use Circle Shot?

A. 1–2 times per week is recommended. Adjust to your skin's condition.

Q. Can I use the 3.0mm and 1.5mm cartridges back to back?

A. It causes no issue to the device, but we don't recommend applying both to the same area in a single session, as it may cause irritation or a warm sensation depending on skin sensitivity. Instead, split by area (3.0mm on jawline and cheeks, 1.5mm on forehead and eye area) or by day.

Q. Is it better to focus on one area for a longer period of time?

A. No. Repeatedly treating the same area for an extended period may increase the risk of skin irritation or burns. For best results, move the device evenly across the treatment area and avoid concentrating excessively on one spot. (*Do not use on the glabella (between the eyebrows), nose, philtrum, thyroid area, or neck front.)

Q. Does a higher energy level provide better results?

A. Not necessarily. The treatment depth remains the same across all levels. Higher levels only increase the size of the thermal coagulation point created by the ultrasound energy. We recommend starting at a lower level and gradually adjusting to the setting that feels most comfortable for your skin.

Q. Can the device cause facial volume loss?

A. The Circle Shot's targeted ultrasound technology is designed not to directly damage fat tissue and is not associated with facial volume loss. However, individual experiences may vary depending on skin condition and anatomy. If you have concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

Q. Can I use the device on the same day as a laser treatment?

A. Because professional laser treatments can temporarily sensitize the skin, we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks before using the device whenever possible. For safe use, consult your treatment provider and adjust the energy level and treatment frequency according to your skin condition.

Q. Can I use the device shortly after cosmetic procedures?

A. If you have recently undergone procedures such as fillers, Botox, fat grafting, or lifting treatments, we recommend avoiding use immediately afterward and consulting your physician before using the device. The device is also not recommended for individuals with metal implants or prosthetic devices.

Q. How should I store the device after use?

A. Do not store the device standing upright while folded, as it may tip over and become damaged. After use, unfold the device completely, wipe away any remaining serum with a soft tissue or cotton swab, and store it in a clean, dry place.

Q. Does the device need a country-specific plug?

A. No. Circle Shot is rechargeable via USB-C and works with any standard USB charger, anywhere in the world.

Q. How long does one cartridge last?

A. Each HIFU cartridge is designed to deliver over 200,000 shots — approximately 10 years of use at 2 sessions per week — so it is not a part you need to repurchase periodically. Under the standard treatment protocol (NORMAL Mode), a full-face treatment typically uses approximately 100 shots / 800 dots.

Q. Should I stop using the device if the black film on the cartridge is damaged?

A. Yes. Using a damaged cartridge may increase the risk of skin burns. If the cartridge film is torn or damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact Customer Support for assistance.

Q. The dots do not form a perfect circle. Is my cartridge defective?

A. No. The Circle Shot is designed to rotate during treatment to help prevent excessive overlap in the same area. As a result, slight variations in dot formation may occur. Minor differences in the shape of the treatment pattern are normal and do not indicate a defective cartridge.

Cartridge Attachment & Removal

• For improving the appearance of skin firmness, we recommend the 1.5mm cartridge. For a 3D contouring effect, we recommend the 3.0 mm cartridge.
• To remove the cartridge, pull it off with a steady, firm force.
• To attach the cartridge, align it correctly and press it in until fully seated.
• If no cartridge is attached, a warning beep will sound, and the device will be restricted from operating.
