FAQ
Q. Do I have to use only the dedicated cosmetics?
A. You may use other cosmetics or gels with a similar viscosity. However, for best performance and an optimal experience, we strongly recommend using the dedicated products specifically developed for this device.
Q. Can I use it multiple times on the same area?
A. Due to the nature of HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) technology, staying on the same spot for too long may cause irritation or burns. Keep the device moving continuously—do not hold it in one place during treatment.
Q. My skin feels dry after use. Is that normal?
A. Temporary dryness may occur after HIFU treatments. Applying a recovery balm (such as Panthenol 20%) immediately after use will help replenish moisture and complete your after-care routine.
Q. How often should I use it?
A. We recommend using the device 1–2 times per week. You may adjust the frequency based on your skin’s sensitivity and the specific area being treated.
Q. What is the difference between the cartridges?
A. Each cartridge is designed for a specific depth and treatment focus. Please choose your cartridge based on your primary skin goals and the target treatment area.
Q. How long does it take to see results?
A. Based on clinical application testing, visible improvements can be observed after at least 2 weeks of consistent use. HIFU results are cumulative, meaning effects often become more noticeable and longer-lasting with continued use.
Q. Can I wash my skin with cold water or use a cold sheet mask to soothe my skin after use?
A. Feeling residual warmth after treatment is normal. To maintain the effectiveness of the thermal energy, avoid cold-water cleansing or chilled face masks. Instead, use a hydrating cream or a room-temperature sheet mask to soothe the skin.
Q. Is it safe to use after a medical procedure or surgery?
A. If you have recently undergone cosmetic surgery or professional treatments, please consult your physician before use. For areas treated with Botox, fillers, fat grafting, thread lifts, or similar procedures, we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks and only proceeding after a professional consultation.
